面对全民抢购食盐风潮，让我们做点公民该做的
我们不喜欢蝴蝶效应，因为他们带来的后果往往更让人防不胜防，造成的损失也可能更大。比如日本3.11地震，地震本身造成的损失相对较小，但地震带来的海啸以及之后爆出的福岛核泄漏事故却破坏力极大。而更让人瞠目的是，福岛核泄漏事故尚在解决之中，远在千里之外的中国却突然掀起食盐抢购风潮。
江浙率先爆发，之后岭南、巴蜀、京城……大江南北顿时陷入了一个蜂拥抢盐——无盐可卖的境地。
为什么？正常的理路分析，无非是：
1、据说碘盐能防治核辐射。
2、担心核辐射污染大海，导致海盐无法食用。即使现在没有受到污染，之后也可能受到污染，现在先抢购一批备着。
3、有些人是无奈跟随，别人都要把超市抢空了，不去买点备着过两天无盐下锅了。
还有离奇的理路：既然抢盐风潮是从浙江发起的，会不会又是温州游资搞的鬼？在豆你玩，姜你军，蒜你狠之后唱了一出“盐王爷”的把戏。
当然，无论原因是什么，抢购的出发点都是站不住脚的。这些各方面的资料都已经很多，无需重复。只要明确：中国的盐储备是极其丰富的，除了海盐之外，我们食用的很多是井盐，根本不需要担心受核辐射的影响。
既然风潮已经发生了，再任其延续下去老百姓不知道还要继续抢购什么：酱油、白糖……那我们的生活将完全乱套。当务之急，自然是减轻乃至消除群众的恐慌情绪。
政府虽然平时被抨击的最厉害，但在这个时刻，必须要马上站出来。首先维护市场秩序，打击一些不法商贩趁机涨价发横财；其次在电视、广播、报纸上加大宣传力度，明明白白地告诉老百姓：核辐射对中国影响有多大，盐到底能起到什么作用。别再让某些专家信口开河似地说些诸如“碘盐（碘酒！）能防治核辐射”的话误导大众。
媒体自然是先要客观报道现在的抢购风潮，但更大的版面、更重要的任务是不是应该帮助读者、受众去认识核辐射，以及盐在防治核辐射中能起到的作用。如果为了吸引眼球用各种大图片、大时段等有视觉冲击力的版面、画面轰炸，只会加重群众的恐慌情绪。这个时候，与其指责政府丧失公信力、无法取信于民，叹息老百姓“愚昧无知”、盲目抢购。不如紧急行动起来，帮助平复老百姓的不安情绪。质疑、反思，就留待风波平息之后吧。
作为新时代、新社会的公民，我们自己也能做点什么呢？俗话说的好，多看报，多思考。我要补充一句：上微博、不脑残。多看看多想想多分析，就不容易盲目跟风。而如果我们的家人、朋友已经在参与这场抢购风潮，我们不妨积极地向他们传递我们了解的资讯，劝阻他们继续做大量的食盐抢购。
